I had the pleasure of watching Paul Schreiner compete in Brazil at the World Championships. He was one of the only Americans to do well when the tournament was still in Brazil. After that, I got to see him compete at the US Open in Santa Cruz during the Brown/Black Belt Team Challenge. It’s a team vs. team event where Brown Belts and Black Belts compete against each other. He submitted both Black Belt opponents although he was still a Brown Belt at the time (video below).
He plays super-smart, super-technical Jiu-Jitsu. I highly recommend this seminar to anyone who wants to learn some of the most technical stuff out there from one of America’s best grapplers.
